Place your order before 2 PM, Monday to Friday, and we’ll dispatch it the same day, so your gift can arrive quickly and on time. Whether it’s to a home, workplace, or directly to the hospital, our fast and reliable delivery makes it easy to delight new parents wherever they are.
Hospital Deliveries
Please be certain that the gift recipient will still be in hospital during the time frames stated above. If possible, please provide us with the mother’s full name, room number, and ward. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to her home may be charged to you. Therefore, If you are not sure how long mother and baby will be staying in hospital we recommend you address the gift box to their home address instead. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact our customer support team.
Returns
We take great care in packing and delivering our gifts. Please review our returns policy below:
- If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Faulty products must be returned unused and in original packaging for inspection before a replacement or refund can be issued.
- We do not refund return postage costs, but we will cover shipping for the replacement item.
- If the faulty item is no longer in stock, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or request a refund.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are simply not to the recipient's taste.
- Personalised items and preserved floral products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
- A $16.50 re-delivery fee applies for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

Yes. When you build your own baby hamper, we’ll package everything together in one elegant box. If your selection requires a larger gift box, we’ll upgrade the size at no extra cost to ensure everything fits beautifully and securely.
Shipping
Our Courier deliveries to metro areas in Australia are normally made next day however we estimate 1-3 working days in case of transit and flight delays. For delivery addresses in regional or remote areas please allow an additional 2-3 business working days. Our delivery time frames are based on Business working days (i.e. Monday to Friday)
You can opt to collect your order from our warehouse at Carrum Downs 3201. Kindly contact us before ordering to schedule a pick-up time; our contact number is 03 9782 1374.
- Orders under $99 incur a $10.95 shipping charge for delivery via Startrack Premium Courier Service in Australia.
- Delivery is free on orders over $99
- If your order is under $25 then the delivery fee will be only $8.95.

Yes, we can deliver your baby gifts to a hospital if you are certain that the mother and baby will still be there within our delivery time frame. Issues often arise due to patients being discharged or name discrepancies. To prevent delays or extra charges, please consider sending gifts to their home addresses instead.
If you prefer to send to a hospital, then please check that the gift recipient will still be in hospital during our delivery time frames.
