The Baby Gift Company Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

The Baby Gift Company website is a safe shopping environment; we use the latest security technology provided by Let’s Encrypt to protect our customers by ensuring that your personal information such as credit card details cannot be read by others or tampered with en-route.

Your information is protected by Let’s Encrypt with an Industry Standard of 2048-bit SSL and 256-bit encryption, which means your transactions and confidential data are protected during transmission.

Delivery Terms

At The Baby Gift Company we use external courier companies such as Star Track and Australia Post, therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery time. We provide approximate delivery times on our delivery page. Delivery time frames are based on Business working Days (i.e Monday to Friday). If the recipient is not home and there is a suitable/safe place to leave the gift, the courier will leave the parcel at their property.

The Baby Gift Company will not be held responsible for the cost of lost parcels due to the supply of incorrect or insufficient addresses. A $16.50 re-delivery charge will apply if an incorrect delivery address is provided. If the recipient has been discharged from hospital upon delivery the box will be taken to the local courier depot. The recipient can arrange collection from the depot, otherwise there will be a $16.50 re-delivery charge to their home address. If the box has been returned to sender then a $10.95 new delivery charge will be applied for a re-delivery.

Personalisation Terms and Conditions

The customised comfort toys and baby clothing pieces that are shown on The Baby Gift Company website are only a reference, and every effort will be made to ensure that your personalisation matches the one pictured as closely as possible. However, because they are personalised by hand, variations may occur in colour, font and size. Custom made orders may also take longer to prepare therefore please allow an extra day within the standard delivery timeframe.

Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

Our promotional offers are only valid on The Baby Gift Company website. To qualify for the offer, the order must be placed before the advertised expiration date. Offers can only be used on full priced products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The promotion code must be quoted on The Baby Gift Company website to qualify for the offer.

Pricing Policy

All our website prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Please note: The Gift Box prices already include Gift Wrapping. However if you create your own gift box you will need to manually add Gift Wrapping at a charge of $7.95.

Prices quoted on this website are inclusive of GST. The total GST paid will be clearly marked on the invoice

Liquor Laws

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. The recipient of a gift box containing alcohol must be 18 years and above.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Please read our Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before purchasing from The Baby Gift Company:

  • Our gifts are dispatched in perfect condition and with protective padding to prevent any damages during transit. However, if you find fault with any of our products please notify us within 7 days so that we can replace the gift.
  • We ask that you kindly return the faulty product unused and in it’s original packaging as soon as possible. The Baby Gift Company will replace faulty products on approval of fault.
  • The postage cost for returning the faulty product will unfortunately not be refunded however no postage will be charged on replacing the faulty product. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund for the faulty product.
  • Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.
  • We cannot exchange gifts that are not to the taste or liking of the recipient.

The Baby Gift Company will not be held responsible for the cost of lost parcels due to the supply of incorrect or insufficient addresses. There is a $16.50 for re-delivery of orders where the address provided is incorrect.
