A $16.50 re-delivery fee will be charged if an incorrect delivery address is provided.
Hospital Deliveries
Please be certain that the gift recipient will still be in hospital during the time frames stated above. If possible, please provide us with the mother’s full name, room number, and ward. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to her home may be charged to you. Therefore, If you are not sure how long mother and baby will be staying in hospital we recommend you address the gift box to their home address instead. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact our customer support team.
Returns
We take great care in packing and delivering our gifts. Please review our returns policy below:
- If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Faulty products must be returned unused and in original packaging for inspection before a replacement or refund can be issued.
- We do not refund return postage costs, but we will cover shipping for the replacement item.
- If the faulty item is no longer in stock, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or request a refund.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are simply not to the recipient's taste.
- Personalised items and preserved floral products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
- A $16.50 re-delivery fee applies for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

We offer a range of baby gifts can be customised, including baby bibs and comfort toys. The full range can be found with the personalised gifts category.
Once you have chosen a product which can be personalised, you’ll be prompted to enter the baby’s name or initials and choose the colour text option (where available) before adding the item to your cart.
All of the personalised items allow space for up to 10 letters (perfect for a baby’s name). We do not include any Special Characters only standard letters.
If the order is received before 2.00pm (AEST), personalisation can be done on the same business day. Early ordering is advised for timely delivery.
We start preparing personalised items quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, it may not always be possible to make changes once your order has been submitted.
If you notice an error or need to update the personalisation, please contact us as soon as possible at 03 9782 1374 with your order number and the correct details. If your item has not yet gone into production, we’ll do our best to update it.
Unfortunately, once a product has been printed with baby's name, we’re unable to amend or refund the personalisation.
💡 Tip: Please double-check spelling, and capitalisation at checkout, as personalisation will appear exactly as entered.
