We offer multiple gift box sizes and will select the perfect one to fit your gifts. These boxes can also be repurposed and used for storing treasured baby mementos.
Inside of the gift box, your items will be encased in soft white tissue paper, secured with a seal and finished with a luxurious satin ribbon bow.

- Deliveries to the Northern Territory & Rural Areas can take a few days extra.
A $16.50 re-delivery fee will be charged if an incorrect delivery address is provided.
Place your order before 2 PM, Monday to Friday, and we’ll dispatch it the same-day, so your gifts can arrive quickly and on time. Whether it’s to a home, workplace, or directly to the hospital, our fast and reliable delivery makes it easy to delight new parents wherever they are.
🏥Hospital Deliveries
Please be certain that the gift recipient will still be in hospital during the time frames stated above. If possible, please provide us with the mother’s full name, room number, and ward. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to her home may be charged to you. Therefore, If you are not sure how long mother and baby will be staying in hospital we recommend you address the gift box to their home address instead. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact our customer support team.
Returns
We take great care in packing and delivering our gifts. Please review our returns policy below:
- If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Faulty products must be returned unused and in original packaging for inspection before a replacement or refund can be issued.
- We do not refund return postage costs, but we will cover shipping for the replacement item.
- If the faulty item is no longer in stock, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or request a refund.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are simply not to the recipient's taste.
- Personalised items and preserved floral products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
- A $16.50 re-delivery fee applies for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

Once you have chosen a product which can be personalised, you’ll be prompted, on the product page to enter the baby’s name or initials before adding the item to your cart.
All of the personalised items allow space for up to 10 letters (perfect for a baby’s name). We do not include any Special Characters only standard letters.
If the order is received before 2.00pm (AEST), personalisation can be done on the same business day. Early ordering is advised for timely delivery.
Absolutely. All our hampers come beautifully presented in our signature white gift box with a satin ribbon, and we include a hand-written gift card if requested.
