Placing an Order
Create Your Own Gift Box
Click on the 'Create Your Own Gift Box' category in the left hand navigation area. Then simply browse through our range of mother and baby gifts and select the items you would like to add to your gift box. Please remember to also add Gift Wrapping to your cart and choose your ribbon colour.
Once you have added all your gifts and gift wrapping to your cart you can proceed to checkout. It is that simple!
We will then make sure every little thing is just right by beautifully wrapping your gifts in our large keepsake box with tissue paper and satin ribbon, plus we will add a gift card with your our personal message.
Please note: To use this service there is a minimum order requirement of $40 for the gift box contents and you must remember to add gift wrapping to your cart before proceeding to checkout.

Registering as a Customer
To place an order on The Baby Gift Company website you need to be a registered customer, therefore you will be required to set up an online account. Once you have set up an account your customer information will be securely stored on our database and you won't have to re-enter your details the next time you place an order.
Benefits of being a Registered Customer:
View previous online orders, status and shipping tracking information. Keep an online address book. You may also receive exclusive offers and discounts via email, providing you have given us consent.
After you have finished adding gifts to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout. On ‘Step 1’ of the checkout process you will see Enter Promo Code. Simply enter your promotion code and then click on Update. The offer will be deducted from your final total; therefore will not appear until after you have entered your shipping details.

If a product on our website is out of stock, we will advise you as to when we expect delivery and we will send it out as soon as we receive new stock. If there is a further delay we will notify you by email and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order or choose an alternative product.
