At The Baby Gift Company we use a reliable courier service to ensure that your gift boxes are delivered on time and safely.

These are our estimated delivery time frames and charges within Australia.

Price For Non Gift Box Orders

Smaller Orders valued at $20 or less, weighing up to 500g and not gift wrapped will be delivered using Australia Parcel Post for a flat rate of $8.00, this rate is only available in Victoria, NSW, Qlds, WA, SA and Tasmania.

* Larger orders and destinations highlighted with an asterisk above may incur an additional delivery charge.

Delivery time frames are based on Business working Days (i.e Monday to Friday) - our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Important Delivery Information

  • Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. 
  • If you or the intended recipient is not available our courier will leave a card with a contact number for the recipient to call and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. The parcel will not be left outside of the property unless you instruct us.
  • If you have any special delivery instructions such as where the parcel can be left safely, then please inform us in the ‘Special Instruction’ box during your order checkout process or you may send us an email info@thebabygiftcompany.com.au.
  • Customers must ensure they provide us with the correct delivery address. The Baby Gift Company will not be held responsible for the cost of lost parcels due to the supply of incorrect or insufficient addresses.
  • Parcels will not be delivered to PO Box addresses.
  • Hospital Deliveries – Please be certain that the gift recipient will still be in hospital during the time frames stated above. If possible, please provide us with the mother’s full name, room number, and ward. If you are not sure how long mother and baby will be staying in hospital we recommend you address the gift box to their home address instead.

Overseas Deliveries

Upon request, we can arrange for gifts to be delivered to selected overseas countries.
