GIFT BOXES COURIER DELIVERY CHARGES
The prices and timings below are based on gift boxes ORDERED BEFORE 2.30PM and up to 5kg in weight. Larger gift boxes may incur an additional delivery charge.

Delivery time frames are based on Business working Days (i.e Monday to Friday) - our couriers DO NOT DELIVER on weekends or public holidays.
Important Delivery Information

Deliveries will normally be made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, on rare occasions deliveries may occur before 9am.

A $10 re-delivery fee will be charged if an incorrect delivery address is provided or if the recipient is not available upon delivery. The courier may also leave the box with a neighbour or in a safe place if no one is home.

If you have any special delivery instructions such as where the parcel can be left safely, then please inform us in the ‘Special Instruction’ box during your order checkout process or you may send us an email info@thebabygiftcompany.com.au.

Customers must ensure they provide us with the correct delivery address. The Baby Gift Company will not be held responsible for the cost of lost parcels due to the supply of incorrect or insufficient addresses.

Courier deliveries to metro areas in Australia are normally made next day however we estimate 1-2 working days in case of flight delays. For delivery addresses in regional or remote areas please allow an additional 1-2 business working days.

Hospital Deliveries – Please be certain that the gift recipient will still be in hospital during the time frames stated above. If possible, please provide us with the mother’s full name, room number, and ward. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to her home may be charged to you. Therefore, If you are not sure how long mother and baby will be staying in hospital we recommend you address the gift box to their home address instead.
Overseas Deliveries
Upon request, we can arrange for gifts to be delivered to selected overseas countries.
