- Deliveries to the Northern Territory & Rural Areas can take a few days extra
A $10 re-delivery fee will be charged if an incorrect delivery address is provided or if the recipient is not available upon delivery.
Hospital Deliveries: Please be certain that the gift recipient will still be in hospital during the time frames stated above. If possible, please provide us with the mother’s full name, room number, and ward. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to her home may be charged to you. Therefore, If you are not sure how long mother and baby will be staying in hospital we recommend you address the gift box to their home address instead.
